If you’re looking for excellent service and a people-friendly approach, then you’ve come to the right place. At TMJ and Sleep Center, our ultimate goal is to serve you and make your experience with us a pleasant one.

Let’s get started on your pain-free life!

Treatment at our office is a time of transition, setting new goals and healing. Dr. Insolera and his staff are here to help you with the process. We are here to encourage and support you with the persistence and consistency that is required for getting better.

At each appointment we will monitor and measure the progress you have achieved. Success is acquired by consistent, repetitive function, which will replace previous dysfunction. This is a very real and attainable goal that both the patient and staff can be very proud of. This mutual effort will lead to a much happier and comfortable life for the patient.

Several components make up the treatment regimen. A large part of treatment is a Neuromuscular Orthotic that places the jaw and muscles in a balanced position. Once this position is determined and the orthotic has been placed to provide support for optimum function, symptoms will diminish over time. It is very important to wear the orthotic 24/7, including during meals. The orthotic allows for muscle function and decompression of the TM joints.

The second source of treatment recommended is through a postural professional such as a chiropractor and/or physical therapist. A chiropractor will help maintain proper, optimal alignment. A physical therapist will help strengthen the muscles necessary for better posture, eliminating the forward head position found in nearly all TMJ patients.

These are just a few of the many ways patients can establish and maintain a pain-free life. Doing these things in tandem can maximize your results.

These combined techniques are just a few of the things we can do to help relieve your pain.
